Hi,
We are writing to thank you and your staff for the most seamless purchase we have EVER made.  There are a lot of companies who could learn from the procedures you have in place....   From the time we sent the order through via internet for the Sofitel Hotel King size bed and linen we were informed each step of the way regarding delivery – and how quick was that – 3 days for the bed linen (with a public holiday included).  Two weeks for the bed, with Sleepmaker advising a week before delivery – just amazing.  
 On another note, the bed is so comfortable with the mattress topper, doona cover and king size pillows that neither of us can remember the last time we felt so rested after a night’s sleep (and it was me who made a joke with the Receptionist about taking the bed home after a weekend at the Sofitel in Melbourne – little did I know).   
 Once again, thank you, thank you, thank you.   You have a repeat purchaser in us.   Speak next time....
